The field co-operates with and overlaps mainly with reproductive endocrinology and subfertility, sexual medicine and andrology. Treatment of subfertility involves complete workup of a couple which helps doctor and the couple to determine the right cause of fertility .With right fertility treatment, almost 90% of fertility patients are able to have a baby.

Our goal is to help your family grow with your own gametes without any third party reproduction which includes donor eggs, sperms or donor embryos.

Our services cover all areas of reproductive medicine including intrauterine insemination (IUI) and in vitro fertilization (IVF).

1. Beginning with a complete fertility analysis and evaluation of a couple and individualized treatment protocols, we are complimented with a world class IVF-ICSI lab complementing our quest for excellence.

2. The customized form of hormone treatment practiced at CRAFT aid the creation of the highest quality eggs .Such type of treatment completely eliminates the chance of the dreaded complication of Ovarian Hyper stimulation syndrome. We have a Zero incidence of OHSS till date at CRAFT.

3. We also practice single or maximum double embryo transfer as against multiple embryo transfers. This avoids complications of multiple pregnancies and guarantees and augments the health of both the mother and the baby.

4. At CRAFT we strictly follow a Non – Donor policy .We often have cases with patients with complications like very poor AMH values as low as 0.01.Here we make use of mild stimulation techniques and special additives methodology to help these patients have their own babies rather than prompting them to go for donor IVF. Hence we ensure that every patient gets the care and attention that is crucial to their actual problem rather than a generalized form of treatment.

5. With our specialized and individualized stimulation program we have hence had resulted successful pregnancies in more than 56 couples who had failed donor IVF from other center across many countries.

It is testimonial to the our effective treatment methodology that we have treated more than 200 couples and given them their own babies and these are people who were strongly recommended for donor IVF earlier. The reproductive Medicine department is led by Dr. Sankalp Singh, MD, DNB, MRCOG (London) who is also a Senior ART consultant and a renowned IVF specialist in the country. Dr. Sankalp is also the Course Coordinator for the FNB program at CRAFT Academy, the country’s leading institute for Fellowship programs in various branches of Fertility Management.

Poor Response (POR)

POR is one of the most frustrating problems in assisted reproduction. We at CRAFT, have a history of successfully treating many couples who have approached us with problems such as POR and multiple failed attempts. The way we go about in dealing with these issues is by devising a detailed evaluation programme for couples. We offer individualized treatment plan with modified stimulation protocols including mild IVF, microdose, and FEP protocol. As a method to improve ovarian response, we use adjuncts like growth hormone supplementation and other strategies. The state-of-the-art egg freezing facility in use at CRAFT which employs egg pooling to get more embryos has helped many couples achieve their dream of having a child.

Recurrent Implantation Failure (RIF)

RIF or the failure to achieve pregnancy with repeated transfer of good quality embryos is attributed to either uterine or embryo factors. We here at CRAFT, offer the latest cutting technology for evaluating gamete and embryo quality. Couples are evaluated with PGS with next generation sequencing (NGS) to rule out the possibility of genetic abnormalities (N) and to obtain DNA Fragmentation Index for ascertaining sperm quality. 3D and 4D USG are performed under expert sonologist to rule out uterine pathologies if any, and ERGA test is conducted to correctly time the embryo transfer. At CRAFT, we have an experienced senior laparoscopic surgeon, who has performed over 20,000 laparoscopic surgeries for the diagnosis and treatment of various uterine and adnexal disorders. Besides, we also house a panel of experienced fertility specialists, senior embryologist, reproductive surgeon and counsellor who adopt a multidisciplinary approach in addressing the different issues of our patients.

Fertility Preservation

Early detection of cancers and improvement in cancer screening have increased number of men and women who are diagnosed with it in all age groups. With the latest advancements in cancer therapy, this deadly disease can be cured by a combination treatment involving surgery and/or chemotherapy. However, these treatment strategies can be gonadotoxic, with a high risk of premature ovarian failure and testicular failure, leading in turn, to problems of infertility in both men and women.

Here at CRAFT, there are fertility preservation options available for post pubertal male (sperm cryopreservation) and post menarche female (oocyte cryopreservation, embryo cryopreservation and ovarian tissue preservation), thus expanding the range of possibilities for parenthood in future.

Unexplained infertility (UIF)

UIF refers to the diagnosis of patients in whom all standard investigations such as ovulation, total patency and semen analysis are found to be normal. For an infertile couple, a UIF diagnosis can be very frustrating. This often leads them to come to a conclusion that, since there is no explanation for the cause of infertility, there also exist no treatment.

We at CRAFT, offer advanced investigation modalities for the evaluation of possible ethological factors by assessing sperm and oocyte quality, as well as endometrial causes. This enables us to effectively diagnose the exact causes for infertility in UIF cases.
