Completed M.D (OBST & GYNAC) from Shivaji University Kolhapur in 1999 and worked as a registrar in Ob & Gynac at St.Stephens Hospital, Delhi.
Was selected for the course in Masters in Clinical embryology at the National University hospital, Singapore, Successfully completed this course under the guidance of Prof. Ariff Bongso, course Director and Scientific director of the IVF unit NUH Singapore.
Has also done a thesis on "Invitro Maturation of Oocytes"
under the guidance of Prof. Ariff Bongso and Prof.S.C. Ng
at NUH in 2001.
Worked as the chief clinical Embryologist at Gunasheela IVF center Banglore from Jan 2002 to Jan 2004.
Was the Chief Scientist Instrumental in the Birth of India' s first baby through the process of Invitro Maturation of oocytes in June 2002.
Presently also involved in a project on Embryonic stem cell Research at the Centre of Human Genetics, Bangalore.
